11. If it is necessary to use structures to tie down rigging during construction, it must be checked and calculated, and can be used only after it is safe to bear and approved. At the same time, a protective layer shall be padded to ensure that structures and riggings will not be worn, but the following structures shall not be used:

(1) transmission towers and poles

(2) equipment and pipe supports in production and operation

(3) forest

(4) ground anchors that do not meet the use requirements or whose tonnage is unknown

12. Before hoisting, relevant departments should be organized to jointly conduct a comprehensive inspection according to the requirements of the construction plan, which includes:

(1) whether the configuration of construction machine rigging is consistent with the plan

(2) whether there are self inspection and mutual inspection records for concealed works

(3) whether the position of the foundation bolt of the equipment foundation (refers to the embedded bolt) meets the engineering quality requirements and is consistent with the screw hole of the equipment skirt or base

(4) whether the earthwork around the foundation is backfilled and compacted

(5) whether the construction site meets the operation requirements

(6) whether the equipment to be hoisted meets the hoisting requirements

(7) whether the construction power supply can be guaranteed

(8) understand personnel division, command system and weather conditions

(9) whether other preparations such as security, rescue, life supply, reception, etc. are implemented. After the inspection and confirmation, the lifting order can be issued. After the construction personnel enter the operation post, they must still check the post. After the inspection and confirmation, they can stand by for operation. If it is necessary to lift the next day, they should organize personnel to protect the site

13. Before hoisting, trial hoisting shall be carried out to check the stress condition of all parts of the engineering crane, and the hoisting can be continued only when the condition is normal

14. During the lifting process, without the permission of the on-site commander, it is not allowed to stay and pass under the lifting weight and near the stressed rigging

15. Generally, no one is allowed to lift or lower with the lifted object. If it is necessary to do so under special circumstances, safety measures should be taken and approved by the leader

16. The hoisting construction site should be equipped with a special area to send personnel to guard in recent years. Non construction personnel of the project are strictly forbidden to enter.
